Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract was concluded.

Sending the withdrawal notification before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

Once you withdraw we refund every payment we received from you — including standard delivery costs but excluding extra costs from choosing a more expensive delivery method — promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving the notification. We use the same payment method you used originally; no fees are charged for the refund.

Early expiry of withdrawal — digital content

For contracts to supply digital content not delivered on a physical carrier (which Beet Lotse is) the right of withdrawal also expires once we have started performing the contract after you

1. expressly consented to performance starting before the withdrawal period expires, and
2. acknowledged that your right of withdrawal then expires.

During checkout we collect this acknowledgement via a separate checkbox ("I expressly consent that Beet Lotse starts providing the Pro tier immediately after contract conclusion. I acknowledge that my right of withdrawal then expires.").
